Informativa Privacy e Cookie
In breve
- Puoi esercitare i tuoi diritti scrivendo a info@prontocharge.it.

14. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), data access limited to authorised staff, secure authentication, selected and contractually bound providers, and pseudonymisation of data used for statistics.
15. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may at any time request: access to your data; rectification; erasure within the limits of the law; restriction; portability of data provided on the basis of a contract or consent; objection to processing based on legitimate interest and, always and without giving reasons, to direct marketing; withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
Write to info@prontocharge.it. To locate the data of a rental paid by card, give us the date, time, station and last 4 digits of the card: since we cannot identify you by name, we need these details to find your transactions. We reply within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live or work.
16. Whether providing data is mandatory
Data needed for the rental and payment are essential: without them the rental cannot take place. For partners, data marked as mandatory are necessary for the account and the agreement; an IBAN and an SDI code or PEC are required to receive payouts. Location and marketing consent are always optional.
17. Minors
Rentals are reserved to adults or to minors authorised by the holder of parental responsibility. The Digital Channels are not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
18. Changes
We may update this notice. The current version is published on prontocharge.it with its update date; for significant changes we will notify partners through the Partner Area or by email.
