Informativa privacy dell’app Pronto Charge
Informativa resa ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) e riferita esclusivamente all’app Pronto Charge per iOS e Android.
In breve
- L’app non richiede registrazione e non crea account.
- Posizione, immagini della fotocamera e livello di batteria restano sul dispositivo: non li salviamo.
- Niente analytics, niente pubblicità, niente tracciamento.
- I pagamenti non avvengono nell’app: la scansione del QR apre una pagina di pagamento separata.

2. A cosa si applica questa informativa
Questa informativa riguarda solo l’app Pronto Charge per iOS e Android, che mostra la mappa delle stazioni della rete e la disponibilità dei power bank. Il sito prontocharge.it, la mappa pubblica, il noleggio e i pagamenti sono descritti nell’Informativa Privacy e Cookie generale.

L’app non chiede nome, email, numero di telefono o dati di pagamento e non li raccoglie in alcun modo.
I permessi di sistema (posizione, fotocamera) sono facoltativi: l’app resta utilizzabile anche se li neghi, e puoi revocarli in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del telefono.
4. Basi giuridiche
- Consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), che dai al sistema operativo, per l’accesso a posizione e fotocamera.
- Legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR) a far funzionare l’app in modo sicuro e stabile, per le richieste tecniche ai nostri server.
5. Cosa non facciamo
- Non creiamo account e non raccogliamo nomi, indirizzi email o numeri di telefono.
- Non usiamo analytics, pubblicità, pixel di tracciamento, identificatori pubblicitari o tracciamento tra app.
- Non profiliamo gli utenti e non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate che ti riguardano.
- Non vendiamo né cediamo dati personali e non li condividiamo per il marketing di terzi.
6. Terze parti
Mappe. La mappa usa Apple Maps su iOS e l’SDK Google Maps su Android. Quando le mappe vengono mostrate, questi fornitori trattano dati secondo le proprie condizioni: informativa privacy di Apple e informativa privacy di Google.
App di navigazione. Se chiedi le indicazioni stradali per una stazione, l’app passa l’indirizzo o le coordinate della stazione all’applicazione di mappe che scegli (Apple Maps, Google Maps o Waze). Da quel momento si applicano le loro informative.
Noleggio e pagamento. La scansione del QR code di una stazione apre la pagina di pagamento della piattaforma di noleggio Pronto Charge. Il pagamento avviene interamente lì: l’app non tratta né riceve i dati della carta. Il trattamento legato al noleggio e al pagamento è descritto nell’Informativa Privacy e Cookie.
Hosting. Il nostro server e le immagini delle stazioni sono ospitati presso fornitori di hosting all’interno dell’Unione Europea.
7. Trasferimenti internazionali
I nostri trattamenti avvengono all’interno dello Spazio economico europeo. Se una terza parte indicata al punto 6 trasferisce dati fuori dal SEE, lo fa in base alle garanzie previste dalla propria informativa, come le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea.
8. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
Non conserviamo profili utente né cronologie di utilizzo. Posizione, immagini della fotocamera e dati sulla batteria non vengono mai memorizzati da noi.
9. I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi del GDPR hai diritto di accedere ai tuoi dati, di ottenerne la rettifica o la cancellazione, di limitarne o di opporti al trattamento e alla portabilità dei dati.
Va però segnalato un limite intrinseco: poiché l’app non ti identifica, di norma non siamo in grado di collegare una richiesta a dati specifici nei nostri archivi. Dove non possiamo identificarti, potremmo non essere in grado di dare seguito alla richiesta (art. 11 GDPR). Te lo spiegheremo sempre, se è il caso.
Per esercitare i tuoi diritti scrivi a info@prontocharge.it. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo italiana, il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, o all’autorità del tuo Paese di residenza.
10. Sicurezza
Il traffico tra l’app e il nostro server è cifrato con TLS. L’accesso ai nostri sistemi è riservato alle persone che ne hanno bisogno per l’operatività e l’assistenza.
11. Minori
L’app non è destinata a minori di 14 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori. Poiché non chiediamo alcun dato identificativo, non trattiamo informazioni che permettano di individuare l’età di chi la usa.
12. Modifiche a questa informativa
Se cambiamo il modo in cui i dati sono trattati — per esempio quando in una versione futura verranno introdotti gli account — pubblicheremo un’informativa aggiornata con una nuova data di entrata in vigore e, se la modifica è significativa, avviseremo gli utenti nell’app.

Pronto Charge app privacy policy
This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and covers the Pronto Charge app for iOS and Android only.
In short
- The App requires no registration and creates no accounts.
- Location, camera imagery and battery level stay on your device: we never store them.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
- Payments do not happen in the App: scanning a QR code opens a separate payment page.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers only the Pronto Charge app for iOS and Android, which shows the map of the network’s stations and power bank availability. The prontocharge.it website, the public map, rentals and payments are described in our general Privacy and Cookie Policy.
3. What the App handles

The App does not ask for a name, email address, phone number or payment data, and collects none of them.
System permissions (location, camera) are optional: the App remains usable if you deny them, and you can withdraw them at any time in your phone’s settings.
4. Legal bases
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through your operating system, for access to location and camera.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running the App securely and reliably, for the technical requests made to our server.
5. What we do not do
- We do not create accounts and do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
- We do not profile users and take no automated decisions about you.
- We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for others’ marketing.
6. Third parties
Maps. Map display uses Apple Maps on iOS and the Google Maps SDK on Android. When maps are shown, those providers process data under their own terms: Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Navigation apps. If you ask for directions to a station, the App hands the station’s address or coordinates to the maps application you choose (Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze). From that moment their policies apply.
Power bank rental and payment. Scanning a station’s QR code opens the payment page of the Pronto Charge rental platform. Payments are handled entirely there — the App neither processes nor receives payment card data. The processing involved in renting and paying is described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Hosting. Our server and station images are hosted with hosting providers within the European Union.
7. International transfers
Our own processing takes place within the European Economic Area. Where a third party listed in section 6 transfers data outside the EEA, it does so under the safeguards set out in its own policy, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
8. How long data is kept
We keep no user profiles or usage histories. Location, camera imagery and battery data are never stored by us at all.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
Please note an inherent limitation: because the App does not identify you, we normally cannot connect a request to any specific data in our records. Where we cannot identify you, we may be unable to act on a request (Article 11 GDPR). We will always explain this if it applies.
To exercise your rights, write to info@prontocharge.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your country of residence.
10. Security
Traffic between the App and our server is encrypted with TLS. Access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it for operations and support.
11. Children
The App is not intended for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. Since we ask for no identifying data at all, we process no information that would reveal a user’s age.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how data is processed — for example when accounts are introduced in a future version — we will publish an updated policy with a new effective date and, where the change is significant, notify users in the App.
