Pronto Charge app privacy policy

Introduction

Pronto Charge S.r.l. respects your privacy. This policy explains how the Pronto Charge iOS and Android applications handle information when you use them.

Information we collect

The app does not require registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or payment details. It retrieves only publicly available information about Pronto Charge station locations and power bank availability from our servers, in order to display them on the map.

Location services

With your permission, the app may access your device location to show your position on the map, list nearby stations and improve navigation. Sharing your location is entirely optional and the app remains fully functional if access is denied. Your location is used only while the app is running and is not stored, transmitted or associated with your identity.

Data storage

We do not create user accounts and do not store personal information about app users. The application communicates with our servers only to retrieve the public information required to display stations.

Third-party services

The app uses map services provided by Apple (MapKit) on iOS and Google Maps on Android. These providers may process certain technical information necessary to provide map functionality, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect our services and infrastructure from unauthorised access.

Children’s privacy

The application is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
