    Slide the power bank into any empty slot at any ProntoCharge station. It clicks in, the return is registered automatically, and your deposit is refunded to your card.

    The deposit is refunded automatically as soon as the return is confirmed. It typically appears on your card within 1–5 business days depending on your bank.

    What if the station doesn't accept the power bank?

    Check that you're inserting it correctly — contacts facing inward. If a slot is full, try another one. Still not working? Contact us at info@prontocharge.it or WhatsApp +39 352 077 7880. Don't leave without confirming the return or rental fees will continue.

    What if I don't return it on time?

    Rental fees continue to accrue up to the daily maximum of €10. If the power bank is kept for more than 48 hours, we charge the remaining €20 — and the power bank becomes yours at a total of €30.

    What if the power bank runs out of battery?

    Return it to the nearest station and take a fully charged one. If you were charged for a dead unit, contact us and we'll review it.

    I was charged but didn't receive a power bank. What do I do?

    Yes. If you love it, keep it for €30. It charges via USB-C and works independently from the ProntoCharge network.

    Is it safe to connect my phone to a rental power bank?

    Yes. Our power banks only transfer power — no data. They cannot access your phone, photos, or accounts. All units are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified with fire-retardant casings.

    If you notice damage before renting, don't take it — choose another unit. If it breaks during normal use, contact us and we'll assess the situation. We won't charge you for manufacturing defects.
