Pronto Charge ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Pronto Charge iOS application handles information when you use the app.

The Pronto Charge app does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
The application retrieves publicly available information about power bank station locations and availability from Pronto Charge servers in order to display them on the map.

Location Services
With your permission, the app may access your device's location to:
  • Display your current position on the map.
  • Show nearby power bank stations.
  • Improve navigation within the app.
Providing your location is entirely optional. The application remains fully functional even if location access is denied.
Your location is used only while the app is running and is not stored, transmitted, or associated with your identity by Pronto Charge.

Data Storage
Pronto Charge does not create user accounts and does not store personal information about users.
The application communicates with Pronto Charge servers only to retrieve publicly available information required to display power bank stations.

Third-Party Services
The application uses Apple MapKit to display maps.
Apple may process certain technical information necessary to provide map functionality in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our services and infrastructure from unauthorized access.
